What is your return policy?

We have 30-day Money-Back Guarantee. If you do not love it,  we're not happy. That's why we'll gladly give you your money back if you are not 100% satisfied with your Honesty Beauty product. 

We encourage you to try the product for at least two weeks. If you aren’t happy with the results after two weeks, simply return the items within 30 days (yes, the items need to be returned) and we'll refund you.

Return Shipping costs  are not covered by Honesty beauty.

When can I expect my return/exchange to be processed?

Your return will be processed in 1-2 business days (not including public holidays). If you decide to use your own courier method for the return, please provide our customer service team with the tracking information. Please email the return information to info@honestybeauty.com

Can I exchange a product? 

Exchanges might be eligible within 14 days from receiving.  Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. Open/Used condition won't be accepted.

My product was damaged in transit, what do I do?

Please email info@honestybeauty.com within seven days of receiving your product; also include photos of the damaged goods, and we can replace all damaged goods for you.
