What’s your return policy?
We have 30-day Money-Back Guarantee. If you do not love it, we're not happy. That's why we'll gladly give you your money back if you are not 100% satisfied with your Honesty Beauty product.
We encourage you to try the product for at least two weeks. If you aren’t happy with the results after two weeks, simply return the items within 30 days (yes, the items need to be returned) and we'll refund you. Return Shipping costs are not covered by Honesty beauty.
Can I exchange a product?

Yes, Honesty products are safe use on daily bases.
I have coloured or damaged hair. Can I use Honesty Beauty Shampoo/Conditioner?
Honesty Shampoo and Conditioner are gentle and safe for all hair types, including coloured hair. However, they are not specifically designed for damaged or heavily processed hair. Our formula works best for thin to normal hair, helping to cleanse without buildup and support scalp health.

We design for minimal waste. Our bottles are made from endlessly recyclable aluminium, our labels peel off cleanly for reuse, and we avoid excess packaging entirely.
