Any Order Express shipping - $20 1-4 Business Days ( Australia )  

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 Business Days of order confirmation. 

How long will shipping take?

Standard Delivery via Aus Post takes between 2-8 business days. 

Express Post via Aus Post takes between 1-4 business days. 

Can I track my order?

You'll received an Aus Post Tracking number.

Do you offer international shipping?

We only offer Australia Wide Shipping. 

Returns & Exchanges

We have 30-day Money-Back Guarantee. If you do not love it,  we're not happy. That's why we'll gladly give you your money back if you are not 100% satisfied with your Honesty Beauty product.

We encourage you to try the product for at least two weeks. If you aren’t happy with the results after two weeks, simply return the items within 30 days (yes, the items need to be returned) and we'll refund you.
Return Shipping costs  are not covered by Honesty beauty.   

Can I exchange a product?

Exchanges might be eligible within 14 days from receiving.  Products must be returned in original condition and packaging

Are your products safe for sensitive scalps?

Yes, we pride to be safe in sensitive scalps, however we are all different and always do a patch test before use. 

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

We pride in being Vegan Certified and always cruelty free with no testing in Animals. 

Can I use your products daily?

Yes, Honesty products are safe use on daily bases. 

I have coloured or damaged hair. Can I use Honesty Beauty Shampoo/Conditioner?

Honesty Shampoo and Conditioner are formulated for fine to normal hair, and safe for colour-treated hair. However, every head of hair responds differently, particularly when hair has been bleached, coloured  heavily coloured, chemically treated or damaged. 

Our formulas are not specifically designed for heavily processed or damaged hair, which may benefit from richer, more conditioning products.

Where are your products made?

We are proudly made in Australia and Australian Made Certified. 

How are you reducing waste?

We design for minimal waste.
Our bottles are made from endlessly recyclable aluminium, our labels peel off cleanly for reuse, and we avoid excess packaging entirely.

Are your bottles refillable?

Yes, our bottles are refillable, we'll be launching our refill line soon.
